As a licensed general contractor, we specialize in high-quality remodeling and custom home building, delivering craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project, regardless of size.

Founded on referrals and long-standing client relationships, our focus is simple: exceptional results and a seamless building experience from start to finish.

Owned and operated by Raleigh native Michael Wells, a graduate of NC State’s School of Design, the company is built on decades of hands-on experience, from framing custom homes to managing full-scale residential renovations. Michael personally oversees each phase of your project, from design and planning through construction and completion.

How long does a typical remodeling project take?

Timelines are determined by scope, complexity, and material selections. Smaller renovations may take several weeks, while larger kitchens, additions, and whole-home transformations may extend over several months. A detailed schedule is established during preconstruction planning.

Can I remain in my home during construction?

In many cases, yes. For more extensive renovations, we will discuss logistics and may recommend temporary relocation to ensure safety, efficiency, and comfort during construction.
